My favourite Kazakh people! Bless them! 😊🙏😊🙏 These are my mom’s parents. Happy, huh?!? Pretty much, yeppp. I’m very happy to have much lovely grandparents, who always have been talking care of me, even now while I’m fare away from them, I still feel their support and attention. ❤❤

Heutzutage mein Sonnenschein und die Sprachwissenschaft meine Begeisterung sind.

Nowadays we’ve got a baltic-grool opportunity to learn and speak a huge bunch of different languages. I can’t say I see the crime of mixing languages or making some common grammatical mistakes whilst even natives can do then, sorta: “You was” or “You gonna wanna do smth” (like it was said by one of the characters in “Prison Break”). Be aware they’re natives, therefore most of them unlikely would write something along that line in a formal letter or email. So, make a long story short, there’s something pretty “ve” (from Turkish “and”) winning in saying: "Günaydın, My Love!“ or "Not that, hayır, hayır, bebek!”, as well as “Bu ne ya, what’s that?”

Das was wir heutzutage "Kunst" nennen, ist somit die Transposition in konkreten und materiellen Formen der kulturellen Identität einer Zivilisation.

Sakin ol!

So, what I’m posting (the pics) may be related/not related to some info below. 🤗🤗 1) It’s better, healthier and alluringly to be fit rather than to be out of harmony with one’s body (overweight or skinny fat).
2) Those two decorative pumpkins were bought solely for describing their use, I hope a descriptive adjective does its job. 🙃🙃 I just have a very warm reminisce about such pumpkins, because my parents used to have them, and every autumn we decorated our kitchen putting pumpkins almost onto every table or window. It wasn’t a preparation for Halloween, no, we don’t celebrate it, it’s not our “party”, neither it does exist in our culture, but decorative lil things. 🍁🍂🍈
3) My Love and I have got our own basil on the windowsill. P.S. We’re severe and we use it in cookin’. 💏
4) Coconut oil! Ahhh! It warms in my heart! The most used oil on our family. And yep, don’t listen to some “strangers” who say anything about LDL'n'HDL, they’re not cholesterol, which means they are proteins that simply carry cholesterol. “It is also important to know that there are different types of LDL – small dense LDL and large fluffy LDL. The large fluffy LDL don’t contribute to heat disease, and they play a critical role in the body – carrying cholesterol so your body can manufacture specific hormones like cortisol, estrogen, progesterone and testosterone. The reason the small dense LDL particles can contribute to heat disease is because they are more likely to lodge themselves in arterial walls, contributing to plaque in the arteries. Guess what? Consuming healthy saturated fats like coconut oil can actually raise HDL and can change small dense LDL to large fluffy LDL.
What actually triggers an increase of the small dense LDL? Synthetic trans fats, refined sugar and carbohydrates.

Ok, talking about whole grain bread: so, what’s basically the difference between whole grain bread and whole wheat bread? And what’s healthier? 🙃 I made some researchers, and discovered the following … man, it’s clear as a sunny day any bread made with one hundred percent whole grains, whether it’s whole wheat or whole grain, is the most nutritious option. But be careful, just because a label says “whole grain” doesn’t guarantee that the product contains exclusively whole grains, DESU! The best way to learn about your loaf is to look at the stamps on the front of the packaging. If it bears the 100% stamp, then all of its grain ingredients are whole. They say'n'write these loafs also contain at least 16 grams (one full serving) of whole grain per serving. If it bears the basic stamp, it contains at least 8 grams (a half serving) of whole grains per serving, but may also contain some refined grain. If you’re going to eat the loaf quickly, your best choice is a bakery-fresh loaf of whole grain bread, imho. But you can still make a healthy choice among packaged breads. In addition to being 100 % whole grain, “healthy bread” should contain at least 3 grams of fiber, less than 200 mg of sodium, and less than 2 grams of sugar per slice. Moreover, focus your intentions on nutrient density and ingredient quality instead of calories alone. Avoid artificial colors, flavors, and preservatives whenever possible.

Btw, while bakery loafs last for two to three days (a few more if toasted), packaged breads stay fresh for a week or two (toss at any signs of mold), and can be frozen for up to three months. The best method to determine freshness is to look at the sell-by date. Most people agree that packaged bread’ll still be fresh about one week past the sell-by date, though it depends on the brand and the presence or lack of preservatives.

The same, but newly prepared. Because without protein powder. 😕😕 Oats (20 gr) + a little amount of hot water, some blended strawberries and 1/3 of a banana (it tastes sweeter then), blueberries and some cinnamon. With the latest I’m in love. 😍😍 Morning routine. 👫❤❤ 🌤🌤

Someone might have a higher salary than you,be more successful than you, look better than you. Now let’s take out the words «than you» from that sentence. Someone might have a higher salary, be more successful and look better. In the second sentence these «than» become facts and a part of life. Then, they become a measure of comparison to your life, the second sentence is what you’ll feel inadequate and you’ll be focused on who you are and what you offer. Man, don’t be tempted to justify yourself and say: «Well, I’m more … than them, I’m … than them, and I’m … than them. It’s not a competition of you vs. them, and if it was the «prize» you’d be walking away with envy, greed and jealousy.»

Thank You, my Love, for your inspiration and support!!! I’m grateful for your attention, inspiration and love! ❤ We’ve got this diploma together! 👫 We need a shiba now. Hah!

Finding Mindfulness Through Healthy Eating with @loounie

This story is part of #🇨🇦 ❤, a new series celebrating people all across Canada.

Almost a decade ago, Caroline Huard (@loounie) had an epiphany about her health. “I had been so focused on helping others that I had forgotten myself,” says the occupational therapist from Montreal, who turned her once-sedentary lifestyle around with exercise and healthy eating. These days, Caroline inspires others to do the same with her colorful, plant-based meals and focus on mindfulness. “I believe the more mindful we are, the more grateful, open and generous we can become.”

Caroline finds that spirit in her home province of Quebec. “The culture is so unique and rich in history, politics and art,” says Caroline, whose family immigrated from France in the 1800s. “French and English cultures coexist, and there are lots of other vibrant communities.” Caroline is grateful for the open-mindedness that comes with diversity. “Equality and inclusivity are core values in Canada.”
